Our client is developing platforms for industrial robots.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Setup of robots, controllers, and systems on-site
• Conduct on-site product demonstration for customers
• Set up and install controllers and peripheral devices at the delivery site
• Provide post-delivery robot system technical support (remotely, as well as on-site)
• Create proposals for improving peripheral equipment

*The location of delivery sites will vary and can be either domestic or overseas. Depending on the project, you may be spending 40% of the month outside of the office or on-site.

業務内容：

• 現場にてロボット、コントローラ、システムなどのセットアップ
• 現場での顧客向け製品デモ
• 納入現場でのコントローラ及び周辺機器の設置と設定
• 納入後のロボットシステムの技術サポート（遠隔、または現場で）
• 周辺設備、機器の改善方法の提案

※納入現場は国内外問わずお立会いいただきます。プロジェクトによっては月の約40％は社外・現場で過ごされることが想定されます。

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• 2+ years of mechanical equipment related experience:
  • electrical design
  • mechanical design
  • maintenance
  • control
  • production engineering
  • manufacturing
• Capable of interpreting automation system manuals in Japanese
• Japanese: Business-level (smooth oral and written communication with clients/partners)
• Capable of interpreting product specifications and purchasing necessary parts from suppliers

Preferred qualifications:

• Practical experience in the operation/maintenance of industrial robots and AGVs (AMR) in factories/warehouses
• Practical experience using industrial robot teaching work, conveyor control, industrial sensor setting, CNC and PLC
• Practical experience in development/design in the manufacturing industry
• English: Conversational (Ability to work in an English-only work environment)
• Electrical or mechanical qualifications and licenses
• Knowledge and experience in domestic and international safety standards for robots and industrial equipment
• CAD model production skills (both 3D and 2D)
• Troubleshooting skills

• 工場や倉庫で産業用ロボットやAGV(AMR)の操作、保守保全等の実務経験
• 産業用ロボットの教示作業、コンベア制御、産業用センサ設定、CNCやPLCを用いた実務経験
• 会話レベルの英語能力。英語のみの職場環境でも業務をこなせる資質
• 製造業での開発設計部門での実務経験
• 電気及び機械系の資格、免許
• ロボットや産業機器の国内外の安全規格に関する知識や経験
• CADモデル制作スキル(3D、2D両方)
• トラブルシューティング能力
