Our client is a international pet food manufacturer.
Responsibilities
  • Plan annual/long-term strategies of Veterinary department digital business through omni-channel and achieve targets.
  • Make and execute the plans for executional strategies (B2C sales promotion campaigns, UX and UI improvement, CRM, direct marketing, digital advertising, etc.) .
  • Make and execute B2B (=animal hospital/veterinarian/nurse) digital plans in collaboration with the VET Demand Creation Team (Marketing & Trade activation, Sales).
  • Develop the plans to maximize pet owner/pet data collection.
  • Run PDCA cycle for VET digital business, leading to provide business development plans and request analysis to related team such as Data Analytics team in Brand & PO unit. Gain insights from the analytics of the daily business and utilize to improve the next action.
  • Produce content for use in Marketing Automation (MA) and web concierge.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years digital marketing execution including CRM activities and Omni-channel (D2C and OFFLINE) experience in or marketing division in a company, consulting firm or marketing related agency project management experience in consulting firm, marketing related agency or marketing division in a company.
  • Good command of English (TOEIC 730+ is required. TOEIC 850+ is preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • Over 3 years sales/marketing/digital marketing experience in animal health industry (preferred)
  • Experience of digital marketing(SEM/SEO/SNS ad/Feed ad)(must)
  • Experience of UX/UI planning of online platform (must)
  • Project management experience leading multiple stakeholders (must)
  • Deep understanding Microsoft Excel (must)
  • Campaign and contents production experience (must)
  • Experience of managing and directing marketing agency or working experience in consulting firm/ marketing related agency (must)
  • Database usage (Basic SQL reading & writing skill preferred)
  • Web analytics with Google analytics or the other tools usage (preferred)
  • Business intelligence tool usage (preferred)
  • Marketing Automation (MA) execution experience (preferred)
