Description
We are looking for people who can play an active role in business development/sales planning in our customer support department. You will be in charge of a wide range of operations such as building a system for new business development and sales strategy.

<Specific work content>
  • • Identification of new customers, creation and execution of sales development strategies
  • Aggressive new business development and expansion of market share
  • Development and execution of sales strategy
  • Performance analysis of existing services and proposals for improvement
  • Pricing and contract related management oversight
  • Liaison with customer support department manager and sales team
  • Relationship building, management, and proposals as a customer's account manager
* New development must be done in Japan.
Requirements

<Required conditions>
  • More than 4 years of sales experience (experience in intangible products, new development sales)
  • Experience in creating sales materials and contracts
  • Work experience in customer support or BPO industry
  • Native level Japanese
