Description
We are looking for people who can play an active role in business development/sales planning in our customer support department. You will be in charge of a wide range of operations such as building a system for new business development and sales strategy.
<Specific work content>- • Identification of new customers, creation and execution of sales development strategies
- Aggressive new business development and expansion of market share
- Development and execution of sales strategy
- Performance analysis of existing services and proposals for improvement
- Pricing and contract related management oversight
- Liaison with customer support department manager and sales team
- Relationship building, management, and proposals as a customer's account manager

Requirements
<Required conditions>- More than 4 years of sales experience (experience in intangible products, new development sales)
- Experience in creating sales materials and contracts
- Work experience in customer support or BPO industry
- Native level Japanese
