Our client is a multinational packaging company that provides innovative and sustainable packaging solutions to customers in the food and beverage industry. Their products include carton packages, filling machines, and processing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain close contact with the customers and identify & define customer needs for their product portfolio
• Design heat exchanger according to customer’s requirement (ex. Specification, production plan) and hand in the quotation
• Prepare proposals to the customers by creating detailed costing, quotes and related documents
• Secure orders, arrange delivery dates and other matters to facilitate sales
• Continually gather and analyze about competitor information and market trends
• Prepare regular reports as required
• Maintain relationship between the global suppliers
• Travel to meet the job requirements and objectives

Requirements

• Experience and/or knowledge of thermal and/or fluid dynamics.
• Experience of engineering and/or field service experience in dairy, beverage, food industries (especially machines related to fluid or boiler)
• Excellent communication skills
• Native Japanese
• Business level English
• Ability to work as a member of a team
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
