Responsibilities

• Contract draft, review in Japanese and English
• Provide legal support to business units
• Litigation, disputes handling
• Compliance related tasks

Requirements

• More than 10 years of in house legal experience
• Contract draft, review and negotiation experience
• Working experience in IT industry is a plus
• Business level English
