Our client is a leading partner in the biopharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

• Grow the service sales revenue from existing and new customers
• Create the requirement documents for Installation, SAT, IOQ, Maintenance, and Repair work to our customer’s requirement accompany with FSE, AS and sales.
• Lead the installation and maintenance project documentation task.
• Translate necessary document from/to English and Japanese.
• Help and support BPS Service Backoffice, Sales and technical marketing team.
• Manage and maintain the documents in share point or equivalent holder for future usage.

Requirements

• Having knowledge and experience for industrial and medical instrument. (Bioprocess product related experience will be preferred. )
• Having knowledge for Analytical instrument (High performance liquid chromatography、HPLC etc. ) or robot system industry.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience of field support engineer
• Having English skill to follow the English manual, e-mail read and write. Good English verbal skill will be preferred. 
• Good teamwork skills 
• Good PC and network knowledge and experience.
