- Responsibilities

財務戦略（資本政策、資本市場、投資等）に係る業務を担当していただきます。※以下には、将来的に展望する業務も含みます。
- 資本政策の立案と遂行 ・株式に係る新規発行や売出、増減資、譲渡等に係る業務
- 新株予約権やストックオプション等に係る業務
- 資本市場調達の企画運営と管理（証券化/流動化、CP/社債、格付機関対応）
- Ｍ＆Ａ、投資に係る業務
- 法律や会計/税務アドバイザー、証券会社等の金融機関、格付機関との渉外業務
- Requirements
-
- 上記の業務内容の全てもしくは一部のご経験を有する方
- 上場会社での財務や事業開発等、証券会社のアドバイザリー/カバレッジ/キャピタルマーケット等、 金融系や会計系のコンサルティング会社等で、当該業務に３年以上の従事経験があること
- プロジェクトを推進していくバイタリティと緻密さ
- 企業金融や会社法、資本や組織再編に係る会計や税務の基礎的な知識
- 社内外の関係者との情報交換や交渉などに必要なコミュニケーション力
- 業務遂行に必要な情報端末等に関する知識
あると望ましい経験/スキル:- 情報端末（ブルームバーグ、ファクトセット、Capital IQ等）
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
