Responsibilities

同社の品質管理のポジションをお任せ致します。
■職務内容：具体的には以下です。

• ソフトウェア開発活動の計画策定、進捗状況のモニタリング
• 開発プロセスおよび適用される基準への適合性を評価、サポート、報告
• 内部プロジェクトの評価・監査
• チームメンバーへのサポート、コーチング、トレーニングを提供／システム品質指標とGGR（グループゴールデンルール）を評価／システム品質状況の報告
• システムリリース準備監査、システム納入を承認

Requirements

必須条件：

• ソフトウェア開発経験をお持ちの方（プロセスモデルが理解できるレベル）
• 英語力（ビジネスレベル）

人物像

• ソフトウェア開発のプロセスモデルを熟知している方
• PM、TL、PE、QE、PMOなどの経験者

語学

• 英語：中級
