Responsibilities

Duties:

• General Services Business Development
• Training Business Development

Create departmental goals and business plans to contribute to improving company profits (performance)

• Hearing business needs and making proposals (proposal preparation, pricing, schedule, etc.)
• Business plan formulation (market forecast, sales strengthening method (means), building relationships with customers, etc.) *Especially for major customers

Requirements

• Over 10 years of management experience in the introduction project of software for the manufacturing industry
• Over 5 years of business planning and business formulation experience

Preferred :

• Work experience at other companies in the same industry 
• Experienced corporate sales for manufacturing industry at leading SIs, software vendors, and foreign-affiliated consultants
• Line Manager experience (5 people or more)
• Experience of training business start-up support

9 - 16 million yen
