Responsibilities

We are looking for Service Engineer (4-Stroke Engine) in Japan. 

What will you be doing:
As Service Engineer, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

• Supervise site work with team member include subcontractor and report through the service work report
• Manage site safety condition with team member include subcontractor under us and local regulation
• Perform overhaul and repairing for the 4-stroke diesel and gas both engine
• On occasion, manage and lead the assigned team, and related activities, during the work execution
• Communicate with back office for RCA and troubleshooting during site work
• Create daily work report and update site condition to the back office
• Communicate with customer about technical and commercial requirement on site work

Requirements

• BSc. in mechanical/marine engineering or min. 3 year working experience of similar tasks
• Basic knowledge of diesel and gas engines
• Understanding of the business
• Team player with a positive mind-set and ability to adapt / work independently in a challenging environment
• Good written and spoken Japanese and English
• Willingness to travel
