- Responsibilities

- Develops, grows and expands project business with new and existing Japanese accounts in Vietnam with defined sales and profit related KPIs
- In collaboration with their other resources, provides sales and technical support to our existing partners
- Manages the back-office functions of marketing, product & training, sales operations, and supply chain management
- Works on strategic initiatives/ programs
- Appointed as a key senior leadership member of Vietnam and represents in matters related to the management of the JV with the shareholding partner
- Accountable for achieving sales goals and targets
- Designs short and long-term strategy, plans execution, delivers and monitors execution, and reviews commercial related activities
- Assesses market intelligence data related to market trends, competitor info. and economic indicators
- Manage channel conflicts and resolve amicably
- Develops a compliant, efficient, and optimal back-office function
- Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering related field; MBA is a plus
- 10-15 years including sales & marketing experience in Vietnam or other Southeast Asia market
- Strongly prefer HVAC and system equipment experience
- Vietnamese is a plus
