Responsibilities

グループ全体の知財戦略業務

• ＪＶ設立・M&A案件・アライアンスに係る知財関連戦略
• 知的財産に関するライセンス契約等の内容検討・ドラフティング
• 国内外のステークホルダーとの英語を使った交渉・折衝
• 知的財産権に関する対外的な交渉・折衝、紛争・係争対応
• 知的財産に関する企画立案・実行

Requirements

• 知的財産を含む企業戦略の企画・立案の経験
• 知的財産関連業務経験
• 特許法と著作権法を含む知的財産権に関する法律についての総合的な知識
• 交渉、折衝の経験、企業内の部門間の調整、交渉、折衝の経験
• 企業における技術開発の流れ、発明発掘・特許出願の流れの理解
• 企業における知的財産関連の係争・紛争対応、渉外経験

歓迎要件:

• 企業におけるブランド推進活動のご経験あると有利
• 知的財産に関する契約書のドラフティングのご経験があると有利
• 弁理士資格・知的財産管理技能士
