Responsibilities

• 事業に関する契約のドラフト・レビュー、スキームの検討、交渉その他締結の支援
• 事業に関する法務相談の解決
• 資金決済法をはじめとした業法に対応するための体制整備および運用

Requirements

• 企業での法務経験または弁護士事務所での勤務経験（計5年以上）
• 個人情報保護法に関する企業または弁護士事務所での実務経験
• GDPRの基礎知識

あると望ましい経験/スキル:

• 弁護士資格
• IT系企業や金融決済事業での実務経験
• グループ企業におけるデータ利活用企画に携わった経験
• 英語でのコミュニケーションや英文契約書に抵抗のない方
• スピード感をもって自律的に業務をこなすことができる能力
