■職務概要
着床式、浮体式の洋上風力事業に於いて、その施工地域における調査、その地域に沿った設計、施工計画、積算、施工管理、作業船運航などにかかわる業務をお任せします。
■具体的な業務洋上風力発電事業者への技術的支援業務（各種事業者公募対応業務、技術検討業務など）（「海上土木」技術側面からの支援）
海外企業（欧州施工会社、風車メーカー、サプライヤー、設計コンサルタントなど）との協働（「海上土木」技術との融合）
工事受注後の洋上風力建設工事の施工管理業務（「海上土木」施工）
風車基礎に関する基本設計、詳細設計業務

Responsibilities: 弊社は、自己昇降式作業船（SEP船）、大型基礎施工船（HLV)、ケーブル布設船（CLV)等、洋上風力発電設備の建設に不可欠な船舶を保有していきます。その船舶の運航体制構築に必要な職務をお任せいたします。
業務内容：
船員の配乗計画や習熟訓練の立案・管理業務船員手配業務そのものは、船舶会社に委託。その管理業務※がメイン
船員と弊社ミッションのマッチング、24ｈ船稼働の際のシフトなど

国内外での運航に際し適用される法令を遵守した船舶稼働に関する各種契約スキームの検討どの法令が該当するのかは、海事弁護士、海事代理人に依頼。その管理業務※がメイン
法令にのっとった、多数の船舶の稼働の管理など

船舶関連の証明書類の申請・保有・返納等の管理業務※船舶関連の法令・規程にもとづく各種申請・届出・手続きは、海事代理人に委託。それらの保管等の管理など

船舶関連の保険の管理業務
海外稼働時調査・運航体制管理業務洋上風力発電施設の建設に使用する作業船が海外での新規進出国で稼働する場合、その稼働にあたり、各種制限等（船籍規制、船員国籍規制）がないかを現地法令において調査※し、調査内容の検証確認を行う。
※調査は委託します。
