- Responsibilities
- ■業務概要同社、ならびにその先のエンドクライアントが抱える業務課題を分析し、テクノロジーやUXデザインを活用した改善提案を行うプロジェクトにおいて、プロジェクトリーダーとしてマネジメント業務を担っていただきます。また、さまざまな同社グループのサービスラインにおいて、業務課題のヒアリング、システム提案、要件定義から開発・テストまで、一貫して携わって頂く場合もあります。
■業務詳細課題解決に向けた ソリューション／サービスのコンセプト設計
ペルソナ定義、カスタマージャーニー策定など上流工程の推進
プロダクト開発フェーズにおける要件整理・計画策定・進行管理
プロジェクト全体の品質管理・リスク管理
AI技術を活用した機能開発（機械学習、AI OCR、Open AIなど）のプロジェクト管理
